I get 200 exactly as well.
Help me find my post proving I am a Yinzer!

I will tip my hat to Tomlin if he has a winning record and the team makes the play-offs in the upcoming season.

I think these new coaches lean a bit too much on analytics and when these decisions fail they look ridiculous because who in their right mind doesnÂ’t kick the game winning FG with 40 seconds left out of fear of the other team tying the game?
Coaches in general probably do now but I didn't see anything wrong with the decision to go for it, it was literally a half yard to the GL. Again, half a yard vs. 40+ seconds and Mahommes and that offense. Bengals D had already given up over 400 yards, etc. I think the bigger issue for the Bengals was they were more concerned with milking the clock vs just scoring and it went all the way to 4th down and they got out of sync and called a terrible play.

Obviously you can argue a FG would've been a better choice but one of the worst decisions ever? No way.

if the ref doesn’t bail out the Bengals on 4th down and it goes to Ot and they lost?

        Worst decision ever.

        Not debatable.

We now live in a world where teams are afraid to kick a FG with 40 seconds left.. at home?

and they ran 2 sneaks and dive play.. then Bengals called a timeout.. lol. Ran a pass play that was incomplete and were lucky to get offsetting penalties.. then ran another pass play that fell incomplete and got Joe Burrow’s ankle rolled… and got lucky with another flag.

Romo was like “they have to kick it on 4th down right? right???

You do realize if they didnt get the flag they passed up a game winning FG with 58 seconds left. How is that not one of the worst calls ever?

Dammit.. I wish the refs didnt throw the flag so we could laugh at the Bengals overthinking an easy decision.

You're trying too hard. The Bengals, who stomped the Steelers twice, beat the best team in the AFC, who stomped the Steelers last week.

The Steelers don't belong on the field with either of those teams and you're nitpicking one sequence at the end of the game.

For the last time, they were inside the 1 yard line, half a yard away and if they kicked the FG there was plenty of time for the Chiefs to march back down the field to get the tying FG which happens all the time in today's NFL.

But let's say the Bengals do kick a FG but then the Chiefs kicked a FG and it went to OT and they lost? See how easy that is? It's a loser mentality to say to your team "you know what we're at the half yard mark but let's kick a FG instead". We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one I mean it's the Bengals Chiefs, enough! lol

I know exactly what the circumstances were but I don’t buy the fear of “what if the other team tied it with 40 seconds left”

KC could’ve let them score and had 2 minutes left to tie the game.

IMO its always best to try to score a game winner vs risking OT on 4th down.

one sequence? it was the difference between winning and risking OT.

Its not like it was a 10 point win and I’m nitpicking a time out or challenge at halftime.

and its a playoff thread.. I’m discussing a game that impacted our playoff chances.
