It’s a little more complicated than that. When you have an OL that continually loses the line of scrimmage, it doesn’t matter. You’re going to lose and potentially lose badly. The running and passing games will be nonexistent.

But we replaced that old terrible vet line with great young draft picks and a great new oline coach. Factor in a ocoordinator that will scheme to our strengths.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

But certain posters kept telling us after playing bad teams how the O-line is improving??

A certain poster who ball washes anything management does and says management is always right.

Now we’ve got to play that Ravens defense with this mess of an O-line.

Ah, so now the loss from today was the OL fault. I see. The defense needs to show up in a bog way next Sunday in prime time. I'll be there cheering them on.

This oline is just fine. Look at the predictions to start the year.

very true, that's exactly what we're seeing play out now.

Who predicted the OL would be fine?
Starting 4 new guys I think there was a lot of concern how quickly they would come together.

I hope the D can revert to early season form.

                      Hopefully being at home helps.

Playing a QB that really can’t pass should help our defense next week. But considering how Justin Herbert ran on us…….

if our defense doesn't play well we have very little chance of winning.

Heyward was playing NT, Mondeaux and Wormley were DEs in the game. Two of three are backups. That's all we need to know about their sorry state to stop the run.

You mean the D line? I think the defensive line is a bigger issue right now.
