    We're in it....

Ravens lost last night . The North is wide open and we are right in the mix.

but we don’t score enough points!!

Ravens held to 10 points by the Phins

Bengals held to 17 points by the Stains

Stains have scored 20 or less 4 times this season.

Chiefs have scored 20 or less 6 times this year

Bills scored 6 pointe last week
    Steelers 27
    Rats 16

I can also over-react to single games (see Bills game this year).

Let's look at some good AFC teams (and all the teams in the AFCN):
      • Bills 29.4 ppg (4th in league)
      • Titans 28.3 ppg (6th)
      • Bengals 26.2 ppg (8th)
      • Rats 25.7 (9th)
      • Browns 24.9 (13th)
      • Chargers / KC / Raiders; 24.9 / 24.6 / 24.5; (14th - 16th)
      • Steelers 20.1 (22nd)

We're way better than we were a few weeks ago. And we're now averaging more points than when we were starting Mason and Duck! But I don't get how anyone can look at this team and not be concerned about our offense.

Hopefully we keep improving in the points scored category. Because expecting to keep teams under 20 pts (which we're basically still doing) isn't a great recipe for beating good teams.

I’m actually just concerned about keeping teams under 20 when they play us.

We held the Bills and Browns under 20.

I don’t think it really matters what these teams do against other teams not named the Steelers.

I'm also most concerned with how teams will do against us (and how they have already).

Cincy did pretty well against us already.

          The Browns didn't.

I hope that we can do well against the Rats because I think they're the best team in the division.

Hoping that we can end up with 4 or 5 wins in the division. I think we'll be in the playoffs if we can do that.

And if we have to play the Bills again I hope that our D can do just as well and that our O can break 20 by themselves.

I actually think there is no best team in our division right now.

Bengals have slipped but that beat the crap out of the Rats.

Rats have been using magic to win a bunch of games

Browns is the Browns so who knows which one of them shows up each week.

and them you have us.. who looked terrible against the Bungles but beat the Browns and always give the Rats fits.

We could probably average another 6 points per game if Ben would throw the ball away when we are in fieldgoal range.

I just hope the Claypool injury isn’t long term. He’s out this week. Najee also injured his foot during Thursday practice and has been limited since.

Like for every team, overall health will determine how well we do down the stretch.
