The known QBs that will be available are guys who will have already been given up on. Or guys teams think are declining / ready to decline over the remainder of their contracts that they'll ransom off for a huge bounty of draft picks. Or guys that have a reasonable probability of having significant legal troubles that might land them in jail (or at least suspended for the league).
Aside: I think this will probably end up being somewhat similar for OL too. If we don't resign Chuks, I wonder what ranking he'll get for available RTs in UFA. I wouldn't be surprised if it was in the top 5 or something.
