He is in a good situation. That offense is ridiculous.

When you can spread teams out at the GL and your QB is a legit weapon as a runner it makes for some huge running lanes.

I think you're right that having a QB that's a threat to run for big gives the D something else to think about. And that makes running with RBs easier. I think the same thing happens in BAL.

Conner is also in a situation where they share the carries at RB. Edmunds has 75 carries and Conner has 94...remember they've played 8 games to our 6 because they haven't had their bye and they played on Thursday this week.

If it was the Steelers (and we ran that much), I think it's hard to imagine the carries being distributed that evenly (provided both guys were healthy).

AZ has run the ball 245 times in 8 games

Yeah… he is being used like Bettis his last year.

Last night he had 5 rushing attempts for 16 yards with 2 TD’s.

Mostly a GL weapon… perfect fit in that type of offense too.

I don’t think most thought he was washed. Just wasn’t durable as a number 1RB.

He is a great RB for the GL in that offense.

I always wanted Conner as our compliment.. not our starter.

Like JuJu.. I love him as a #2 but as a #1, no faith he can be that type of weapon.

I'm not sure it's true many here said he was washed up. I think the concensus was that given his unavailability rate he wasn't worth a big second contract

Some of those play designs had me confused trying to locate the ball. I know it has to be hell for LB’s who can’t even see Murray back there half the time.
