Before the Rooney rule there had only been 8 minority coaches in the history of the NFL. 10 teams have never had a minority head coach. There are 3 black coaches in the NFL this season. The fact that Eric Bieniemy is not a head coach is ridiculous. Byron Leftwich should be getting serious consideration as well.
