    Spygate

Well this explains Bill Belichick's and Tom Brady's love for Trump so much. Wow.

One of the enduring mysteries of Spygate is the identity of the person who reached out to Sen. Arlen Specter to coax him into dropping his Senate probe. Now the late Specter's son and ghostwriter have come forward with a name: Donald J. Trump.

We'll never know for sure, but I think chances are good that the Steelers would have another Lombardi in the trophy case if not for the Patriots' cheating in the early 2000's.

While I agree that the cheating hurt the Steelers, I'm also annoyed that the Steelers didn't do more to counter it. It seemed to be known at the time that the cheaters were filming. Surely they could have done something to throw off the cheaters when they were apparently calling out our signals.

Although it was his own, players , coaches and fans.Rooney was instrumental in this cover up.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

Part of the stubborn Cowher mindset of the time, "we do what we do" ... it was dumb to not change things up when we knew they knew what we were calling

Yep, Rooney voted to go along with uncle Rog and sweep it all under the rug. I love Rooney, but in this instance, shame on him for not sticking up for his players and his fan base.

But mostly, shame on Goodell and the league for letting Kraft, Belicheat, and the rest of the *s to get away with this crap

                Early 2000's? Likely agree,
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

The reporter just wrote it down, they arent the one making the allegations, this is coming from the son of the senator.

Not sure if that makes it more or less trustworthy than if it came from a reporter...

Trump couldn't have done this. He was busy planning the Covid 19 outbreak, arming Hamas, killing off the oceans, murdering babies, and generally making Hitler look like an angel.

                              People love stupid it seems.

The league had the power to stop the *s from doing this nonsense and did nothing. Rooney helped that cause. If you want to get angry at anyone, get angry at the league. It's 100% on them. If you want to hate Trump, don't try to vindicate the league to do it.
