      Man, I loved Kendrell Bell.

Tommy tried to throw it away again with 3:30 left. That's where I am now and I'm thinking "how could we have won this one"?

Makes you wish we did get the same old Browns this year.

Great duel in Ben's rookie season. The thing I appreciated most was watching us pound the football. Bettis had 100 yrds and Haynes wasn't too bad either......

Shocking the refs called an unnecessary roughness penalty on the Giants when Ben got sacked on one play.

me too. had his jersey. explosive player

for those wondering, that was casey hampton in at nose tackle with kelly (who) holcolm thorwing for over 400 yards against that defense.

PS. blitz, what were the odd of the steeler winning that game down 24-7 mid way through the 3rd qr with the browns driving in steeler territory ; )

Against the Browns? Higher than we'd think

On a serious note, the reason that game is special is that winning in those cases is rare.

How many onside kicks did we need to win? Was it fewer than 2? And that was when you had a much better chance to win a non-surprise onside kick.

And midway through the 3rd is still a fair amount of time. I thought the games that started this conversation were deep into the 4th.

we may not have needed any on sides if they go for it on 4th and 1 and get the 1st down and go down for a TD. punting it there made it so we would have to have a successful on side kick
that's actually a point for my side of the argument

they were. just interesting to take note what the % were before logan's INT. it wasn't looking good and our $s of winning had to be extremely low with hiow many points we were down and how many expected possessions we were going to have the rest of the game

good thing logan jumped that route and picked it off instead of waiting for them to punt it
