    High effort is good.

    Being talented is also good.

We seem to be heavily relying on high effort.
I think we need to wait a few games to see what words will be used to describe our OL.

Anytime someone give a player a compliment its used against them because its preseason or practice.

We have no choice but to wait.

Partly because everyone on the line is a question mark... Except maybe Dotson?

there were rumors of Dotson struggling in camp.. lol

I actually think moving Moore to LT is going to make this OL look much better week 1.

I've got all fingers and toes crossed over here.

Hopefully having good skill position guys will help make the OL's job easier (kind of the opposite of how a good pass rush makes CB jobs easier)

I have no illusions about the OL. It will be ugly at first.

Let's take a poll; which week will Harris crack 100 yds rushing? My vote; not before Wk 3.

I agree. One of the many OL question marks was can Chuks move to his natural LT position successfully after not looking so good in his unnatural RT position last year. Another question mark was how long would it take Moore to be ready to play, and he was also a college LT.

Chuks has not looked good and Moore has looked better, and faster than expected. Now it looks like Chuks moves back to his 2020 position and the future battle will be between Chuks and Banner (when finally healthy) at RT.

I suppose it really depends on how Moore plays whether or not he keeps the starting LT position.

I’m delighted to hear Moore is starting. Some were saying he was a project and would take a few years.

And if Chuks can actually earn it back.

Definitely happy about this as I've wanted an Oline overhaul for awhile. I think that many thought a reasonable timeline for Moore to start was somewhere between the bye week and the start of next season. I'm just hoping that the starting spot is as much about Moore's play as it is Okorafor's failure to compete.

I think that Green struggled early. He's gotten better but is having some growing pains. Appears to the the future at center. He can certainly reach the 2nd and 3rd level with ease. I am not sure about his "calls" in protection. "Calls" in protection seem to be based on experience and understanding. Most players show more growth as they develop. I think Green will become the player the Steelers envisioned.

Moore I am not so sure about at this point. I think he continues to struggle in pass protection as a LT. There is no shame in struggling vs one of the best in the league in Garrett.

                            Najee is the "truth".

The last two drafts have been pretty good at finding contributors for us. Even though we didn't have a 1st last year.

                                2020 draft big contributors:
                                Claypool
                                Highsmith
                                Dotson

                                2021 draft big contributors
                                Harris
                                Freiermuth
                                Green
                                Moore
                                Loudermilk
                                Norwood
                                Harvin

That's a lot of young guys making contributions (particularly on the OL).
