I think the Steelers are going to shock a few teams offensively for the first month of the season.

Really excited to see what Canada does for the offense this season. (Still smh at what a stone-age offense Fichtner ran the last few seasons.)

A good explanation on why scoring in the NFL is exploding.

I'll be happy and pleasantly surprised if we just shock the Bills offensively.

Hard to believe we went 11-0 last year with the predictable offense we had going.

Same...hopefully our offense explodes this year. There will be ups and downs, but I think many more ups!!!!

My explanation for that is that the Steelers were basically relying on beating the man across from them, which is great when you have superior talent. Problem came when injuries creep in they no longer had that edge. If an offense is able to create defensive mistakes by using more complex schemes and motion you don't have to have superior talent. You only need to recognize where the mistake is in the defense.

it wasn’t predictable to start the season. It was totally new and the complete opposite of what Ben did for the first 15 or so years of his career.

I’m surprised it went 11 games before it didn’t work but I wonder if Ben didn’t get his knee crushed in the Dallas game does our offense adjust or change a bit down the stretch.

Was going to respond but it would have almost been word for word what you said. So I'll just say +1

Crossing fingers and toes over here.

I do think Canada will be a better play caller than Fitch. And that Ben is probably more open to doing things that make him uncomfortable after the collapse last season.

If we can get reasonable execution from the OL, I think we've got the chance to be a good offense (which includes a running game that isn't dismal).
