if both teams have to deal with it there is no advantage. Just take the L like a man.

I wouldn't want to change, but I think the many coaches wouldn't have had the balls to overhaul their offense to fit a player with an atypical skill set.

I think good but risky decisions like that only happen when you have coaches that are confident in their job security. And while I hate the Ravens, I think they have roughly modeled the way they run their franchise after us and it shows on the field.
