I went back and looked and his pants end above the knee and his leg warmers stop below the knee. I also noticed he's the only one wearing some sort of white leg warmers while everyone else has black stockings. Once you see it, you can't unsee that he looks different than every other Steeler on the field. He just looks different and it seems like he could have gotten fined for wearing a different colored legging than everyone else.

I get not having promotions on your equipment that aren't official, but some of this stuff is really stupid.

Not as bad as D Williams fine for breast cancer stuff, but still pretty stupid.

Not my money though, and they presumably know the rules.

why? What’s the reason for wearing them that way? Is he being paid to wear some new socks?

While I think the fine is silly just wondering what made him change his uniform.
