Only knock on the offense is short yardage. We still find ways to make it harder than it needs to be.

Overall, it was a strong effort. Comer ran well, McFarland showed flashes and Ben and the O had no turnovers
So many shot yardage opportunities this game. We haven't really been good at that for a few seasons.

The intentional grounding from the 1 was a bit disheartening.

Buzz is right that we didn't have a turn over. First time in almost 30 games I think.

If we can keep that up, there are a lot of close games we'll be able to pull out.

Titans next week. Should be a good one.

I've complained about Tomlin and the coaches in the past (who hasn't?) - but there was no problem with coaching today. Both sides had a solid game plan that was well executed. I even thought Tomlin was going to win a rare challenge. Not sure how that wasn't overturned. The team was prepared, they played hard, made great halftime adjustments and are 3-0.

I'm not sure what more there is to want after the first three weeks. Do they need to keep improving? yes. But holy crap - last year we started 0-3. I'm really satisfied with what we've seen so far this year.

          Agree about the challenge.

I'm off the opinion that you shouldn't ever challenge a spot, but the evidence seemed pretty clear that he got the 1st there.

          Anyone hear why it wasn't?

I didn't get a good view of the replay, but all I could think is maybe Ben's knee was down earlier before he extended the ball?

Or the NFL just hates us (more likely).

I thought it was a good challenge.

I’m glad we all got to see that bogus spot on Ben’s first down run.

Even if his knee hit they ball was already extended. Weird how that isn’t a first but then we see someone clearly fall short of a first down and they move the chains.

It has to be for added drama because there is no other reason for that not to be a first down.

still looked like a 1st down and definitely was passed where they spotted it.

between this and the play where chase had to try and grab a pass with 1 arm cause the other arm was being held (no penalty)

i wonder what the hell these refs are looking at

I agree completely, but didn't see the replay so I was trying to guess at what the refs might have seen.
