    Injured Conner or Not.
    He's a better runner.
Conner just needs to stick to 3rd down and catching passes

I'll give Conner his due. He had a great grab in the flat from Roethlisberger but mostly disappointing in the run game.

Yes, the quickness was surprising. He looked all straight line pwer last season.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

almost like he knew what to work on to become a better player.

while conner's workouts, impressive as they are, look more suited for a linebacker

may need him on the OL the way things are going

Even before the injury - James looked slow. As I said in the thread I started - we all want the JC story to have a happy ending. I don't believe it will.

Conners future might well be as a capable backup 3rd down type. Ironically, it is the one scenario I would not mind keeping him. If he doesn't get the starting job back he will have very little leverage and be dirt cheap.

He is also very good in pass protection. That alone is worth it.

Always felt like Snell would end up the #1.

The fumble was a bit scary, but JuJu somehow ended up with that one (I thought for sure it NYG ball).
