Hassan Reddick maybe on trade block

I read on ESPN that Arizona may be looking to trade him for a late round draft pick. I'd love to add him to our ILB mix

Poor kid, I think he has been rumored to being cut traded his entire career.
I heard that this there will be more trades this year compared to other years.

I don't know much about him. Is he a Steeler type?
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

I'm sure you have annoyed most members here with this saying, but I chuckle every time I read it.

            Lol....I know it.
I should ease up a bit but when I give posters an opportunity to prove themselves correct, they never step up and take the challenge.
Maybe I'll try to be the bigger person....

I"d give them both for him. Need another steady, stable thumper back there. That would really help us at that position.

I wanted Reddick to be a Steeler day one...now they have a possible opportunity to get him. However, he has always been on the trading block and never seems to be traded or cut. Poor guy.

I'm sure with Tomlin's coaching he has the chance to become the greatest LB in the history of the NFL...

I think what's meant by Steeler type by many is hard working, "blue collar", humble, "lunch pail", physical, tough to reflect the city of Pittsburgh. I think Watt would best represent what others mean by that statement on our current team. Pot smoking, attention seeking, finesse ball apparently isn't the Steeler type. I have never used that term because I'm less bent on a type of player and more on the talent.

I agree. Guys that follow the old adage "its the name on the front of the jersey that matters not the one on the back."

See: Heyward, Watt, DeCastro, AV, etc.

I get that, but I bet every teams fanbase in the league says they also draft those types.
My challenge was to name the draftees that were considered Steeler types before the draft. Only 1 person named a handful.
The people that call our draft picks Steeler types after being drafted never listed 1.
