You know what? I am puzzeled by this too, is he just another Ramsey, or we just guilty by associating him to Ramsey. Or the rest of that freaking organization..

Another thing that puzzles me is how an up coming team just implode like that... ( thinking of Fournettes 50 plus yard run on us that year)...

Dude.. everyone wants to be traded from the Jags and the players union has told players not to go their because their FO is trash.

I could see if it was just Fournette but everyone wants out of Jacksonville.

They lost a grievance to the NFLPA and had to return millions of dollars in fines to players for not showing up to voluntary workouts.

Again, their FO is trash.

Besides Blount, I think we got the most out of all those players before moving on.

maybe Fournette is more of a Bettis than a Blount if he isn’t constantly being fined or fighting with Coughlin’s old school style of fining players for being on time.

I think you only trade for Fournette if you only want him for 2020. If you are looking for a RB beyond next season then you draft one of a talented group this weekend. Like Minkah, the true benefit is having a player whose value on the field is significantly greater than his cap value. A second year stud fills that role. A player (no matter how good, this post has nothing to do with him as a player) who can play above his cap hit adds incredible value. One who is paid his market value does not.

I would love for fournette to land at Tampa, Colts, Chargers or Miami. But teams are going to wait until after the draft probably to gain leverage on all these guys sitting
out there available. Taking away some of their options gives teams back some leverage.
