I know its that time of the year, but I never really understood the zealous cutting of known quantity players to create cap space for completely unknown players.
"Bird in the hand..."
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"
Then why say how we almost made the playoffs or how the team played hard?
If super bowls were your goal, then don't mention how happy you are with the way the season turned out.
Why trade ab?
Why not tag Bell again to try to trade him?
Why give Ben all the new money before they needed to
Why extend Tomlin?
All actions that don't scream super bowl.
...so says one opinion
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

Operating from a position of future stability at QB, I would agree.
But the end of an era requires a new line of thinking IMO
Risks must be taken to avoid falling into the 80s (and 90s) all over again and to give the team the best opportunity to secure a quality QB for the future

Aren't you the one listing a bunch of expensive FA you want us to go after?
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?
please tell me you were just kidding and don't really need this explained to you...
I listed numerous moves that indicated that we aren't trying to win super bowls.
Weren't you one praising Tomlin for controlling AB and getting him to perform?

the time had come to move on from AB, are you saying we should have kept him?
So, you were the one. I thought so.

My apologies.
I thought you were the one saying we should go after a guy like ebron.

you didn't answer my question, are you saying that we should have kept AB?
I don't recall you answering mine first.

I posted a funny meme about Tomlin coaching AB, doesn't mean that's my opinion.
so answer my question back to you now, are you saying we should have kept AB?
Wtf are you talking about?
I didn't ask about some meme. I asked if you praised Tomlin for controlling AB and getting the most out of him.
