    2020 Off-season thread

Steelers have sure shown us some pretty glaring needs.

Fitchner needs to go back to being full time QB coach or released. They need a new OC, that's for sure.

    Potential candidates(?):

Pat Shurmur, Mike Groh, Shane Waldron.
    -------------------------------------------

    Free agents as of now:

    Bud Dupree (release)
    Javon Hargrave (re-sign)
    Vance McDonald (release)
    Artie Burns (release)
    B.J. Finney (re-sign)
    Sean Davis (release)
    Nick Vannett (re-sign)
    Mike Hilton (re-sign)

With not too much money to play with..Hargrave should be top priority to re-sign. Dupree, in my mind, is hungry for a new contract and would go back to playing like crap if re-signed.
    ---------------------------------------------

    Team needs:

OFFENSE (mostly OT, TE, WR with Ben's replacement) and DT, OLB, SS (if Hargrave nor Dupree re-sign...Edmunds is still a bust).

    Free agent targets:

    Austin Hooper, TE
    Hunter Henry, TE
    Seth Devalve, TE

    D.J. Humphries, LT
    T.J. Clemmings, RT
    Josh Wells, RT

    Laquon Treadwell, WR
    Tajae Sharpe, WR
    Dontrelle Inman, WR

Teddy Bridgewater, QB (best back up option)
    ---------------------------------------

(Players that could be available by round)

Round 2: JALEN HURTS (QB), J.K. Dobbins (RB), Neville Gallimore (DT), Anfernee Jennings (OLB)

Round 3 (comp pick): Jack Driscoll (OT), Harrison Bryant (TE), Jabari Zuniga (OLB)

    Round 4a: Khalid Kareem (OLB)
Round 4b: Antoine Winfield Jr. (S)

Round 6: Richie Grant (S), Shaquille Quarterman (ILB),

    Round 7: .....
    2022 NFL Mock Draft

    3. Dante Stills, DT; West Virginia
    7. Riley Moss, CB; Iowa

I think just resigning the guys you want to will eat up the money we will have, even after a few cuts.
Drafting Hurts makes no sense to me.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?
