How disappointing that our surprise season is slipping through our fingers, first Buffalo and then the Jets... the freaking Jets!
1) Rudolf, the kid looks like he finally got "it", sitting out two games observing Ducks highs and lows. His passes had zip, quick reads, and good ball placement ( yeah I know he had 2 -3 throws behind the receivers.) He might turn out to be a good QB after all. Too bad he got hurt to evaluate him more.
2) Duck...great story, I think the NFL finally caught up to him.
3) We left too many yards and plays on the field. Can't really blame the coaches, ( Fitcner is excluded, he needs to be canned) How many times did we fail on flipping the field? Bad punts by Berry. That offsides on Snell. That penalty on our punt that gave 15 yards added on to the Jets return, that right before the drive they scored their last FG. Stupid bad snaps, Stupid blitz pick ups. Stupid slips, Stupid drops. Stupid, stupid stupid...
4) Juju... I love this kid, i will give him another pass, but come on... that last drop, that first drop, come on man you have to be the man.
5) This defense is still awsome, yes Edwards gives a TD per week, but I can't really balme him. Good plays by the opponents.
6) Washington and DJ are a legit duo going forward. These two keep improving, with inconsistent QBs all season. Washington could of sealed the deal, but grat play by the DB.
7) Our OL sucks...they are vets and yet they still make too many mental mistakes. Bad snaps, wrong players blitz pick up.
Fitchner needs to go... hate how he mixes up all those formations back to back. Keep the game simple for this offense, but keep it unpredictable. Go jumbo only in short down. Use 2 RB sets, keep the D on their feet... Snell in .. up the middle. Js in screen or flat pass. Whytt delay draw or flip outside. Two games in a row i see WR routes almost same spot. ( not confirmande if it the play or wrong routes). We have no offense, so the best offense assit we have is allowing our Defense to give us good field position, yet we don't play that route. Why is every pass a flare to a WR, what happend to the bubble screens. No creativity... no reverses, no jet screens, no misdirection. ( i want SF offense love how they run the ball and actually use their TE)
9) injuries injuries injuries... Pouncey, Conner, Rudolf, Heyward. I wonder, what happens to the players going forward....
10) We still got a shot... heard even if we lose, we need titians and Oakland to loose and we are in.
