    Titans/Saints game doesn't really matter that much.

    Our fate comes down to our two games and the HOU/TEN game. A Saints win just opens up some possibilities of making the playoffs if there are any ties in the other three games.
    In response to his pleas, an officer said: "You think we've never arrested somebody that's made national media? ... We deal with the Bengals all the time."

        Key passage being the following:

        ===========================================

        But there are ways to get in at 9-7 and even 8-8. The Steelers will get in with a 9-7 record — it doesn’t matter how they get there — as long as the Titans also finish with a 9-7 record and they lose to the Texans in Week 17.

        The odds decrease significantly with other scenarios. If the Steelers and Titans both finish 9-7, and the Titans beat the Texans in the regular-season finale, they’ll likely get the No. 6 seed.

        ================================================== ==========

        Which is essentially what I said above. Yes, to the notion that the Titans losing today opens up some 8-8 scenarios to get in -- which is better than nothing. But my back of the envelope calculation says we have about 1% chance of making it at 8-8 from where we sit right now.

          So...about those 8-8 scenarios...

          (This is me admitting I was wrong).
