We're certainly trying to count on 3 turnovers / week (or at least winning the turnover battle ever week).

Our O isn't good. We need the D to keep giving us short fields (and preferably scoring for us too).

Hopefully we can get pressure early & often to make the Rams O look close to as bad as they did against the 49ers.

Jalen Ramsey...or maybe that’s the name of their mascot?

The thing is, our O is uniquely designed to overcome elite CBs like Ramsey.

The fatal flaw of CBs is that they almost always cover WRs.

Solution: Don't throw the ball to WRs.

Brilliant. I knew their was a reason for all the short passes to the RB.

right now with the dink and dunk gameplan we have.. we arent capable of hanging 35 on a decent team.. that is unless the defense scores 14 to 21 pts. Other than that.. i like us in a close one

                I'm with Ernie.

The D scores 2 - 3 TDs in this one!

                  Is Goff really that bad?

This game will be a lot like last week. Only the tables will turn with Boz having to win it at the buzzer.

Everything depends on how good the Rams O-line holds up against our front 7. If they hold up, it's going to be a long day for us. If we can dominate, then the game will remain relatively close.

He’s not that bad but he’s not that good either.

They have done weapons but I think we can get to him and rattle him

It's probably wishful thinking, but I've heard several places talk about Goff not being good when under pressure (probably a reference to the SF game).

I think we'll probably get pressure on him, because that's one thing we're very good at on D.

Hopefully that is enough to push him into a few very bad mistakes.

Guess I would worry more about Gurley. If he gets running downhill the Steelers will need to pull up safeties and leave the CBs exposed.
Long time consuming drives= tired D = game over.

Goff is this generation's Carson Palmer, sometimes spectacular, mostly ok to good and other times pretty bad.

Great comparison. I’m more worried about our offense vs their defense.

I'm worried about our offense against any defense at this point. I don't think they're going to be a juggernaut this year. If they can improve week by week the Steelers should be able to get by with a less than prolific offense. They have to limit their mistakes because the offense won't be able to make a comeback late in the game.
