I think it makes sense to adopt the typical American (and Western) standard of innocent until proven guilty.

If a poster is accusing another poster of something, I think the "burden of proof" should be on the accuser.

The actual argument is that probability goes does quickly in the draft and someone drafted as high as Minkah is likely to be much better than someone drafted where we got Burns. Especially when Burns was more for a draft for need instead of BPA
