This is why I have zero sympathy for NFL players and their cte B's.
These guys purposely lower their heads when making contact. Both sides of the ball. They want the highlight hits instead of a solid shoulder/wrap up tackle.
They want the NFL to pay, but cry when they fine them for dirty hits.
