    Start at the top.

Tomlin gotta go. The players dont really respect him, and Ben rides over him. Ben's not particularly high IQ and cant carry a game on his smarts.
We need someone on top that will bring the players to attention.

Start with the fraud then let the new HC decide who stays and who goes.
Tomlin: Let's unleash hell and "mop the floor" with the competition.

I know its game 1 w/ a team that hasn't played much together....I see some promise if the Defense puts things together BUT this Offense isn't going anywhere in the 5 wide.
It's either Run the ball of bust. Getting back to Old School football.

I’ll wait for the results of the next 15 games to discuss.

Honestly, I'm OK with cleaning the coaching house. But the coaches I'm most concerned with are the coordinators. Tomlin is a game and people manager. The X's and O's are coming from the coordinators. And ours don't come off as the sharpest tools in the shed.

This thread is a knee-jerk reaction to yesterday's humiliation (and I'm completely fine with venting threads!)

But say we continue to stink up the joint and go 6-10. Would any coaches get fired?

Not sure how I feel right now.

IMO it’s only one game but if this continues I may be ready to blow it all up.

Not sure how anyone thought this WR Group was solid.

What in the world do people see in Switzer besides a feel good story and decent fair catch hands. He’s slow and plays scared.

Im no great fan of Switzer but.....
The number 4 receiver who actually caught his passes is the least of our problems.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

                  TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

One bad game in a long season. Not time to fire anyone.

The Steelers wouldn't have a well run organization if they fire everyone after every loss.

It’s a problem when he has 6 catches for 29 yards. That’s pathetic. Dude doesn’t get upfield and is scared.

He does catch it but it doesn’t really help our offense stay on the field.

In fairness, I think that's all they were giving us and had everyone in coverage pretty much blanketed.

I think everyone is starting to see just how incredible Brown was for us. You could just feel his absence, the lack of ability, energy, and football wits that was on the field without him. It’s just sad. And no one’s fault.

But, Insult to injury is on us. Bringing in a known hack journeyman like Moncrief and pretending it would work is maddening.

Brady and Brown are going to absolutely destroy NFL defenses this year. Super Bowl odds have to be 1:1.

Yes..we didn't attack. We had no attack mentality from the outset. That was very evident.
