Oh i forgot all about RB DAvis from seattle, who i thought would be great here, is heard to be expected to sign with the Bears, and Howard on the block to Philly...

Id be okay with Ajayi. Would rather see a RB taken in round 3 or 4 though. The good ones are 'Plug and play' these days.

Here is the part I don't understand...Big Ben is getting an extension...This is not a rumor or something to hope for, it is fact...And all the reports say he will ( like they always do ) get a large signing bonus, with the rest spread out to help with the cap...probably around 6 million?

Wth wasn't this done last week? FA's are getting scooped up left and right...We could have had a lot more money to play with...With something that is going to happen anyhow...

This will hurt us with the 2nd tier FA's ( but still some good players ) When we could have been players...

Can anybody explain why this wasn't done already, Seems stupid...wth good does it do to extend him and get more cap room, AFTER free agency?

Good call, I think Ben said he wanted Pouncey to sign first.

And then again, AB took so much time and resources away from FA... we are playing catch up now getting ready.

They've done the same in the past. Wait to cut guys. Waiting to work out contracts (Dupree) this year.
The excuse for not getting anyone is because they are Up against the cap......it's the Steeler way
