I'd pay this Collins the amount the Steelers are on the hook for with Tarzan that plays like Jane.

It seems as every GM is cutting loose every high priced OLB/EDGE and Safeties. The draft is deep there... younger and cheaper

I have heard Collins doesn't exactly "love" to play football. I'd pass on anything more than a 1 or 2 year deal.

Yes, the first note I saw on him is that he takes too many plays off.

104 tackles, imagine how many he'd have if he played EVERY snap

True. I'm all for replacing Dupree and not a fan of paying him $9M+, but the only option doesn't have to be a guy who doesn't love to play.

Collins was a Will OLB in a 4-3 that would more likely project to a Buck ILB in a 3-4 as opposed to an edge rushing 3-4 OLB, so comparing Collins to Dupree is somewhat of an apples to oranges kind of thing.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
