Antonio Brown (https://247sports.com/Player/Antonio-Brown-75967)'s uncertain future in Pittsburgh remains the NFL's top non-Super Bowl storyline. On Sunday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported (https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1089559656492601346) that the Steelers are exploring trade options for Brown, who has three years remaining on his current deal.
"While a fresh start is now the preferred outcome, the team has not yet given Brown and his agent permission to facilitate a trade," Rapoport reported. "It’s in the team’s handsThe Steelers are exploring trade options, but Brown hasn’t closed the door on returning. He’s maintained a steady dialogue with some in the organization he’s close with to express that sentiment. Still, he should draw significant interest on the market."
Reports have surfaced that the Steelers would probably receive a first round pick for Brown, who last season caught 104 passes for 1,273 yard and a league high 15 touchdowns. Pittsburgh is surely looking for a first round pick in exchange for Brown, the franchise's second all-time leader in catches, yards and touchdowns. It's possible that the Steelers discussed possible trade options during this past weekend's Senior Bowl, as Pittsburgh GM Kevin Colbert and Steelers' head coach Mike Tomlin were on hand in Mobile, Alabama. If the Steelers decide to trade Brown, they would most likely do so between March 13-17, as Brown would be owed $2.5 million in roster bonus if he is still on Pittsburgh's payroll on March 17.
The Steelers would most likely receive a draft pick for Brown, although they could try to trade him for a Pro Bowl caliber player that can help fill one of the team's current needs. One player that comes to mind is New York Jets' safety Jamal Adams (https://247sports.com/Player/Jamal-Adams-13171), who Pittsburgh receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (https://247sports.com/Player/JuJu-Smith-Schuster-27684) openly recruited during Pro Bowl week. Adams has two years remaining on his rookie contract.

Did Juju hear something and that is why he spoke openly about recruiting Adams, or is this more BS from Ian Rapport.
