If the Steelers don't beat both NE and NO

The Steelers need to fire Butler or Tomlin or both.

I think we’ve already crossed that bridge.

The last time the Steelers fired their head coach was 1968 - Bill Austin.

      That was 50 years ago.

You have some Steeler fans who are just like those dolphins fans of 1990; still holding on to old Don shula because of what he did for them in the 1970’s. That’s what’s going on here in this room right now. There are some of us who see that we will never win anything with Tomlin again and there are others still in 2008. Let’s not beat them up because their heart is in the right place; they are just not comfortable with change.

It means everything is great and there’s nothing to see here.

I think it could probably be read as: "The knee jerk reaction of "fire Tomlin" would be an emotionally based decision".

it means he is happy with the regular season record
he likes to say we are never below .500 with tomlin
its neat that we have had only had 3 coaches in X years
                    among other agenda reasons
steelers = 3 ring circus with tomlin being the head clown

I think he'd tell you that real fans are satisfied with the direction of the team under Tomlin ... no matter what that direction is.

That's called , " jocking a team blindly" in my book. Sad.
