Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.
Well, the last time Dobbs faced off against the Panthers, he won himself a spot on the 53 man roster over Landry Jones with a 8-12 performance for 151 yards, 1 TD pass, no INT, a passer rating of 137.5, plus 3 rushes for 18 more yards on the ground and anorth rushing TD.
Of course, there were no one on the field named Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis, Shaq Thompson, Kawann Short, Julius Peppers, Dontari Poe, Eric Reid, etc. playing against him that day, so....no.

We may have to go to Dobbs on Thursday night. Ben was listed as limited on the injury report after getting the wind knocked out of him on Sunday. I hope Ben is good to go, but I have no doubt Dobbs will complete all his passes if called upon.
I'd like to see them use Dobbs somewhat like the Ravens use Jackson. I think Dobbs could bring back the Slash option to the Steelers offense except he would probably be more likely to pass than run. Having a mobile QB would be just one more weapon that the defense would have to contend with even if it is for only a few plays a game. At worst if we do it a few times then any defense we face after that will have to waste practice time working on defending it.
As many on this site think ... The Rooney's suck, Colbert sucks, Tomlin sucks, the coaches suck, and the players suck.
but Go Steelers!!!
