I agree with this Pete! They have to pressure the QB and yesterday that happened. However, there were a couple of times when there was no pressure on Ryan and he wound up having to throw it away...great coverage downfield. Yesterday, we saw a better pass rush and better coverage on the back end. I'm thinking the man coverage had a lot to do with it like you stated. Maybe we see Haden moving with the other team's top receiver each game from here on out?

    Buckle-up AJ!!

What I noticed was they played what looked a 4 - 3 with Watts as the end rusher and not putting him in pass coverage.

So they went basic; and that was a good thing for everybody on defense obviously.

Maybe it would be better to refer to Julio as a Bizarro version of Cris Carter.

Remember the Buddy Ryan quote when he cut Cris Carter? "All He Does Is Catch Touchdowns"

Julio does everything at an All-Pro WR level except for catching touchdowns.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

The thing with Hadyn is he's got balsa wood legs, at least that what it seems from his injury history.

He should have drunk more milk as a kid or something.

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

                    ESPN Staff Writer

Joe Haden expects to see significant time on A.J. Green, but defensive coordinator Keith Butler said the Steelers might switch up coverages at points during the game. "Joe might not necessarily follow him all the time," Butler said. "But we'll see." Haden has had success against Green dating back to his Cleveland days.

Why is he even speaking on this? He should just say, " We'll cover him in what works for us." Period. Don't give your opponent anything.

I would have preferred that he say "Green? We aren't playing Cincy this week are we?" Then he'd shuffle a bunch of papers around and find one and stare at it blankly and say "Sorry guys, gotta run. I have a whole new gameplan to prepare."
