It's for reasons like this, among others, that I won't cry too many tears if this team inevitably goes 7-9 or 6-10 record. When your consistently picking in the high 20's you miss out on all the opportunities to acquire players.. whether it's drafting or waivers because everything goes in the order of your draft status. Let's face it! This team needs a couple of blue chip players in the draft and a few quality FA signings so we can get back to our status. But it all starts with rebuilding this defense. No defense, no championships in Pittsburgh!
