I think we should start with a fresh coaching staff for the Mason Rudolph era. A young offensive mind and some strong coordinators. Lincoln Riley would be my first choice as HC. Young Qb's do so much better under an offensive minded HC in todays NFL. Not sure what the coordinators would look like but the DC should be comfortable with multiple schemes and a fresh look. Maybe we could get Bud Foster to take the leap.
