Flacco 42 Passes | Steelers 1 Pass Defended

That about sums up our D. It's like we're not even on the field playing in the game most of the time.

Offense less than 50 total yards in the second half. D was bad, but kept it winnable if the O does it's job.

Let's not get confused. The Ravens made mistakes on O. The Steelers didn't stop anything.

We probably should get used to this style of defense, don't give up the big play, get a few key stops, force the other team to use the clock and hope good Ben shows up. If the Steelers try anything remotely daring on defense they'll get lit up a like the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.

Remotely daring is rushing more than 4...
Meanwhile, Vince Williams never comes off the field.

All teams make mistakes on offense, when they don't they score 40-50 points, the Steeler offense failed to show up in the 2nd half. I dont' know what happened to McDonald, Shuster and even Switzer, but all of a sudden AB became Ben's favorite target and he wasn't open. He really wasn't open on the TD, it was just a good play by Ben and AB, the kind we expect but aren't getting right now.

Maybe we can try and package Ben with Le'veon and try to get that 2nd round pick

That's the spirit, outside the box thinking, I like it.

That is the problem, they trying to make a backup two down LB into a three down backer.

Disagree a little bit. He is a good player who works his ass off, but does not have speed to do what the Steelers need from him. This is a position that was manned by Timmons then Shazier, both outstanding athletes (And first round picks.) VW is neither. He is a hard worker, and when he was expected to be the run stuffer and cover Shazier's freelancing, it was ok. As The Man, no, he does not have it.

Who cares if he works hard? He can’t get it done.
