Of course, 3 games don't make a season. But if current trends continue, the Ravens are going to blow us out tonight.
Ravens are putting up 32.3 pts/gm and Steelers are giving up 30. Seems like a matchup made in heaven for the Ravens.
Baltimore's D is giving up a league leading 17 pts/gm.
And even if we can somehow stay in the game, Baltimore has the best kicker in the league and we have the biggest headcase right now.
But I doubt it will be close, Baltimore can't be stopped in the red zone. Our D is a wreck and I don't see that changing tonight.
The only chance we have is if our O puts up 40-50 pts. And if we put too much pressure on our QB (the league leading turnover machine), he's likely going to give the ball away a few extra times and probably assist in adding some points on the board for the Ravens.
The only silver lining is in this rivalry, sometimes the team that sucks wins. That's our only hope for today.
What's your prediction?
I'm going with:
Rats: 47
Steelers: 23
