Steelers depot thinks Kendricks is who we go after.
Any FA rumors?

All the brilliant minds on our coaching staff missed this because...???They may do with Wilcox what they probably should have done in the first place: play him on 3rd downs in a LB/SS hybrid role...Shazier isn’t around to do it any more...that kind of role is where he was really able to excel in Dallas as opposed to the traditional safety role...Comment

Are we going to get a look at CB Delvin Breaux?
I think this would be a good get if we brought him in for a visit. And it wouldn't bust our pockets either.Comment

Williamson was signed by the Jets. Terms not disclosed.Williamson is a good LB. If we were signing him to be a starter, $12MM for 4 years would be a bargain, but I don't think we ought to give that kind of money to a backup. And unless they're going to have him replace V. Williams (not likely), he shouldn't be a starter. He's not what we need for the Mack; not that great in coverage. Save the money, and go after someone who can really perform the way we need them to in the Mack role.

Sorry Shawn..Missed this. Yeah I had him 3rd before combine because I knew the lacrosse background...So I knew he had the hips to play in space even at that size. After combine workout especially positional drills..He may have 2nd round consideration.Comment

Tyrann Mathieu: A winning culture matters more to me than money
Posted by Michael David Smith on March 15, 2018, 6:34 AM EDT
Tyrann Mathieu is an unrestricted free agent, and he says breaking the bank is not his top priority.
Mathieu told Albert Breer of SI.com that when choosing his next team, he’s going to choose the team that he thinks will make him the best player he can be, while playing on the best team he can play on.
“It’s not all about money for me,” he said. “I want to go somewhere where I can be completely immersed in football, and it’s not too much about anything but winning. I want to be a part of winning culture, where you feel that all the time. That’s all I want.”
The Cardinals missed the playoffs the last two years, and now they’ll have a new coaching staff, and so Mathieu declined the team’s request that he take a pay cut. He’ll shop himself, not necessarily to the highest bidder, but to the team where he thinks he’s going to have the best chance to be a big part of a winner.
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/03/15/tyrann-mathieu-a-winning-culture-matters-more-to-me-than-money/Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

Because he probably didn't know that role in the defense...he most likely focused on backing up the safety positions...it isn't as though he was in training camp or OTAs...Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.Comment

Well if they find a way to land the Honey Badger & trade for Kenricks or sign a FA ILB...They could really work the draft in their favor.Comment
