Hopefully he sticks. Would hate to see him go.

Cardinals need an offensive coord type or strong defensive guy. Not sure Muncher fits...hope not

He fits the primary requirement for the Bidwells, though...work for the Pittsburgh Steelers. See the last decade worth of Arians and Whisenhunt. Maybe they'll be interested in bringing Todd Haley back to desert...
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

That is so true. Heck it would not be the first Steeler oline coach they hired.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

          TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

I’m sick of the Bidwells constantly sniffing around our coaches and players. No originality or ideas of their own; that’s why they’ll never win anything. F-ing jock sniffers !

I love munchak so much. Give the man a raise and give him the assistant HC title like the Packers did with Tom Clements a few years ago when teams were sniffing around

Munchak really is the best offensive line coach...what he does with players whether they are high first round picks or UDFA is incredible. Just gets the absolute most out of their abilities, which is the truest sign of a great coach. Whatever he ends up doing i wish him the best

I think that the DL coach Mitchell already has an assistant head coach title (correct me if I'm wrong). Perhaps we can have an assistant head coach for offense and one for defense.

I agree, but DL coach John Mitchell is already considered to be the assistant head coach. Not sure if you can have two of those on your staff or not.

Pay raise is what I would be more concerned with than title...just to keep him around a bit longer. Would hate to lose Haley and Munchak, they work really well together (coaching/scheme idk about their actual relationship).

Move on from Haley's drunk @$$ when his contract expires after this season and promote Randy Fichtner to call the plays as O.C. and passing game coordinator, while giving Munch a raise and add run game coordinator to his OL coach title. Somethiing like that.

I think if Fichtner was "that guy" he would had been an OC somewhere by now.

I'm not a Haley hater like many others but it may be time to get a fresh perspective in after this season. Pretty certain this incident closed the doors on any Head Coach jobs.

Haleys bar room drama has no bearing on how i feel about him as an OC. I have always liked his scheme and even if there has been periodic friction between him and Ben he is the best thing that could have happened to ben in the second half of his career. You are never just always going to love an OCs play calling all the time, so sure there have been questionable calls and questionable game plans but there have also been brilliant ones and excellent mid game adjustments. Arians helped make Ben a great quarterback, when ben was 25 and welcomed contact. Haley has helped make Ben into a great passer.

Its easy to say Haley has always had great players...Fitz/Boldin, Bell/Brown....but no steelers were shattering marvin harrison records until he got here. Disruption of the coaching staff losing both guys would be a tough thing to adjust too, especially since Ben didnt like the change of things in 2012 and if the "old dog, new tricks" saying applied back then it will even more so now.

It's weird how over the last decade in the Steel City, Fichtner transformed himself from looking like a dorky bookworm to looking like Larry the Cable Guy.
