Maybe because this one wasn't a facade to try and divert the fact he was being booted out the door.

I like Bruce Arians, I thought he did a good job in AZ. His biggest downfall was believing that Carson Palmer was legit. Palmer has been done! Arians should have seen that. There were some QB options out there he could have pursued but Carson was his guy.
