Disagree. There is something known as taking the high road. Why would a coach get into a public pissing match with their starting QB? If Roethlisberger spoke an untruth, best it be dealt with privately and move on. So it's really unclear whether a sneak was in the playbook or just not called.

Why would Haley need to take the high road now? Lol.

Games over so it doesn’t matter at that point.

Ben has a history though of embellishing things after a loss.

When asked about the QB sneak Ben went on to mention how he asked Tomlin to put in a QB draw for one of their 2 pt conversion plays and Tomlin said nope, maybe if you were younger. Honestly. WTF does that have to do with a QB sneak? That sounds like something Tomlin would say but we aren’t talking about a QB draw. Ben says he doesn’t have a QB sneak play in the playbook.

What HOF QB do you know who needs a sneak in the huddle when they can simply tap the Center and catch the D off guard? You know, something that Brady does all the freaking time.

Its bullsh!t. That was Ben sticking it to Haley with that bull crap. I don’t care what Haley draws up, run the freaking sneak and get a first down instead of b!tching up.

What’s Haley going to do? Bench Ben? Freeze him out? Nope. He is going to keep calling plays instead of watching his QB and offense run to the sideline after a failed 4th and 1.

Why would Haley give a crap about this story now that we fired him?

He’s drawing up plays to beat us right now.

I wouldn't call a designed QB draw for Ben on a 2 point conversion. That's 2 full yards away from the goal line. I would call a QB sneak on 4th and inches, though. That's entirely different. A slight lunge forward is all that needed to convert.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

yeah, I really have no idea why Ben brought that up when reporters asked about not using the QB sneak.

that's 2 totally different play designs.

I think Ben was being stubborn or making a dig at Haley.

Although I'm pretty sure I saw Ben run a QB draw sometime this year or last year for a few yards. Seemed like an odd call at the time too.
