With the qb holding the ball and a minute left in the game, he virtual was invisible the rest of the game, but I knew this was coming.

"Invisible" would have been an upgrade for us today.

You can say he was invisible, but we all know Dupree wouldn't have gotten sacks in that situation. Both of those sacks were skill-based: the first one was a strip/sack, the second one showed a savvy little swim inside.

But I guess we didn't need those skills.
I wasn't hired for my disposition.

I'd still rather have a 39 year old Deebo than a Chickillo at OLB on any down.
              Just saying Eww today.

How? When the Steelers just broke their sack record.

exactly. Move on people. This obsession is starting to feel like fleury going to the knights without the feel good feeling.

There was 1:40 left in a 20 point blowout before he made "a play". He had a total of two tackles prior to that.

C'mon man. Got to keep that glass half empty and not acknowledge that we can pressure the QB without a 39 year old.

Did they do it all today? How many did the OLBs have? By my assessment, we were very close to losing to an 0-15 team.

holy cow - is there no joy to be found in your life? We have transitioned from a very old defense to a young one. We have upgraded the secondary tremendously. We set a new record for sacks. We beat an nfl team with our second and third string players. We even fixed our penalty problem from the first meeting and finished 13-3 with a sweep of the afc north. We have a bye and a great chance to host the afccg.

But what do i know? Maybe we really do suck.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

                            TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher
