Do you know how big the outcry from the fans will be by then for the rookie to start? If Bell thinks the fans have turned on him now, imagine how it’s going to be if a rookie or Coner shines all the way up leading up to week one??

If either Coner or the rookie come in and impress, they could easily be the starter; especially with Bell not being in playing shape in week one like last year.
What makes the Rooney family successful owners in this league? Making football decisions based on reacting to public outcry.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Yeah, Le'Veon Bell and Randy Fichtner are complete strangers.

And you know this is a unique situation; now your down playing it. Plus... what kind of common sense does it make to bench a runningback who’s in total sync with the offense for a runningback who is out of shape and out of sync with the offense? Putting the chances of winning game 1 in jepordy?

Also, Bell was even more familiar with Haley’s offense wasn’t he? And how bad was he the first three games last year?? Exactly.

Like I said, you don’t know how this is going to play out.

I swear.. that dude WANTS Bell to fail so bad he is making things up.

What fan (besides the cry babies) is going to get so upset at Bell starting over Connor or a draft pick?

The chances of rescinding the tag are slim so there is no way we pay 14.5 mill to split carries or have Bell sit the bench the first few games.

and was Bell really out of sync or did our OL just crap the bed the first few games? I know AV was terrible the first few weeks and that had nothing to do with Bell.

funny who YOU don't know how it will play out Ruth but trust that guys opinion, he knows what he speaks.

Tomlin is getting fired after next season too...

this guy, trust him, he knows stuff.

oh yeah, and Dobb's wasn't a running QB in college.

              Maniac is a genius.
