It's all part of the plan. Tomlin advised Harrison he would be released and would most likely then be signed by the *'s. At which point he would then have a free shot at Brady in practice and was advised to quote, "Unleash the beast on his ass!" .....

I mean at a minimum this is Psychological Operations on the Steelers. Whether it's effective or not remains to be seen.

From a fan standpoint this gets old. The Steelers always appear to be the bi-otches to the Pats. They lose a ton of guys on D and yet get to find a castoff to sign who makes an impact.

We lose a guy on D and we cannot find anyone to at least stop gap.

My hope (unfortunately) is JH can't be effective otherwise Tomlin is going to look like a complete moron. And rightfully so.

Harrison made it clear that he was playing another year to win another Super Bowl. The Steelers made it clear that they had no place for him. New England had a place for him and is the top seed in the AFC playoff race. This makes sense in a rational way, but man it sucks!!
