Look in all due honesty the James play should have been a catch. You break the plane on a run and drop the ball it's a TD. But the NFL has been quite clear on this you have to complete the play to the ground.

I am pissed. You played a great game all day long and then you nurse a 24-19 lead. You had to act like you were down by at least 3 at that point. They did this to themselves.

But Ben needed to have veteran presence on the last play and throw that ball away and take it to OT.

I saw a play in the Seattle - Atlanta game where the guy takes three steps after the catch and stumbled and then fumbled the ball. No one around. Seattle recovers and it was called an incomplete pass.

It is the stupid catch rule in the NFL. It is what it is.

Ben gave the game away in the last play, but I think it had to do with the fact that he didn't believe our D could protect us in OT.

We need a new DC. Getting rid of Lebeau, but hanging on to his doppelganger wasn't the smartest move. We're playing without a D. That won't get you very far if the O is hurt, as it was today.
