    Wow

I've never seen a team like this in my 30+ years of watching football.
They never, ever, ever give up.
While my heart can't take much more of this, i'm starting to believe this year may be a special one.
    Wow, just wow.

Three. We've been behind by double digits against GB, Cinci and Balt.

In all three the D stank up the joint. I have to give it to Tomlin, Haley, the players on O (the three Bs), but dang, Butler needs to figure out how to coach a winning D. Giving up huge chunks to Hundley, Dalton and Flacco isn't the sign of a stellar D.

We don't have a stellar D, we've got a crippled wing 3rd rate D on the field right now. We're down to our third string MLB, one of tonight's starting backs was on the couch watching games on Tuesday, our best corner is inactive for a month or more, did I miss anyone, LOL?

(And even our healthy starters are messing up).

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

It's not a coaching issue with the D, it's a talent issue. Sean Spence and Vince Williams just weren't fast enough to fill the gaps on those running plays. This lead to Sean Davis trying to cheat up in run support and then getting torched deep. in my opinion the Shazier loss is much bigger than the Hayden loss.

The refs flagged the Steelers for a few really bad PI penalties on long Ravens scoring drives...

Artie Burns gets his jersey pulled down by Wallace, ends up on the ground, and the refs flag him, putting the ball on the 7?!?

Then he was flagged for another that was just as bad, putting the Ravens in position to score...it was awful...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Was wondering aloud last night: Does anyone remember a game where one team goes up by double digits, the other team comes back and takes a double digit lead, and then the first tea, wins the game?

That was some wild stuff right there.

Technically, the Steelers continued their streak of winning games where they held a 14 point lead...

Absolutely!!! The Shazier loss is HUGE. The defense is designed around him and his skillset and we won't be able to replace that with anyone on the roster. Will be a challenge from here forward.

It begs a creative scheme change to fit the players we do have.

There's only so much lipstick you can put on that face. If it was LeBeau, I'd say the Steelers have a shot to gameplan. Butler hasn't been nearly as consistent at dealing with adversity.
