Is this board doing it wrong??

Bengals board ... 103 pages *for this game alone*!!!! Should we be posting about 100 times more than we are?

I don't recommend reading this ... the misery is almost too much to bare ...

It’s an awesome read. Watching the Steelers end another bungle season in heartbreaking fashion is the main entree. Reading their boards afterwards and watching those fans go from putting dalton in the HOF, to saying he’s a gutless fraud for taking that last sack to then declaring en masse they are never watching another game - is dessert.

Oh, we also know they’ll be back. Cincy fans are the nfl version of Charlie Brown. They will convince themselves next year will be the year Lucy doesn’t pull away the football.

Bengals move into top 10 (in 2018 NFL Draft order)

Posted by Darin Gantt on December 5, 2017, 7:09 AM EST

The Bengals lost last night, but moved up a few spots in the draft order, which is all the consolation you get this time of year when you’re not in the playoff mix.

Of course, the Browns (0-12) would still pick first in the 2018 NFL Draft if the season ended today. Also, a lot of people would be saying: “Why did the season end the Tuesday after Week 13?”

The Giants (2-10) leapfrogged the 49ers (2-10) for the second spot this week, thanks to Geno Smith‘s and Jimmy Garoppolo‘s respective 2017 debuts.

The Broncos sit atop the group of 3-9 teams in the fourth spot, followed by the Colts and Bears. The Browns also own the seventh pick as it stands now, with Houston’s slot ahead of Tampa Bay (4-8.)

The Bengals (5-7) would pick ninth based on the current standings, followed by the Cardinals, Jets, Washington and the Dolphins.

Draft order ties are broken based on strength of schedule, with teams with the lower number there getting preference.

So with the above group not playing for anything meaningful in the current context, this at least gives them something to look forward to the rest of the year.

Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

It is joyful to read the suffering of Bumgal fans

Hate this team more than any other in the NFL and hope they never fire Marvin Lewis. He will make sure they stay hopeless

            Prediction (12/5/17):

Cincinnati fires Marvin Lewis at the end of the season.
Cleveland fires Hue Jackson at the end of the season.
Cincinnati hires Hue Jackson as their next head coach.

Lol, just watched Kornheiser say on PTI the bungles are a dirty team.

As I've said before, we need marvin to win a few more games so he sticks around. But the truth is, as long a mike brown is calling the shots it probably doesn't matter who coaches. I believe the have the smallest scouting team in the league, no professional GM and essentially spend the 'minimum' required by the league on their team. So, with that in mind - maybe Marvin is a genius for getting them as far as he did.
