I think tomlin is a very good coach - but I also think when it comes to strategery he is below average at best. Here's a defensive guy that didn't appear to be prepared or recognize that the bears had QB who they don't trust to throw and that they were going to use the run to keep us off the field and limit the exposure to glennon. That's a sound strategy against a (supposedly) high powered offense. Maybe they didn't want to keep the CB's on an island - but we sure could have used a little Lebeau philosophy yesterday. Stop the run, keep everything in front of you, play off to eliminate the splash play and trust that eventually you'll get a stop. But we didn't. Maybe Tomlin was haunted by the last time he faced John Fox with an inferior QB. During that game we DID stack the line and dared that QB to beat us with his arm. So of course he had his best game ever as a pro............grrrrrr. Tebow........

This reeks of a nonsense statistic in an effort to trash not only Tomlin but the Steelers as an organization. Tomlin wouldn't be the coach of this team this long if he was as bad a coach as some people believe.Comment

yup.. I will admit that we tend to lay eggs vs teams on the road when they have losing records early in their season but I wonder if that's common since we don't really know how good or bad an 0-2 really is?
