Where to watch game near UPMC Presby

I'm here in the Burgh right now with my daughter, who is now in her 11th week "living" at UPMC Presby waiting for a heart. My question?

Is there somewhere within walking distance from there where I can watch the game on Sunday?

I am staying at Nevile Family House but cannot watch the game there because I'll be with her at the hospital and the shuttle back to Neville does not run from noon till 4. I thought I'd walk somewhere to watch the game while she takes her afternoon nap.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

      Thank you for your prayers.

I may try that, just not sure which direction to go. Would you think somewhere on Fifth, then?

I think you may have more success on Forbes. I think there is a Primanti's close by that should have TV's.

          Wishing your family the best.

Head across Fifth onto Forbes, intersection with Oakland Ave should have options. Primantis, Fuel and Fuddle, a few others

Prayers to you and your family from San Antonio also spyboots. Remember, you can always also join your old chat buddies on your phone, using the link at the top of the forum. You might even be able to get some free NFL.com promo on your phone (supposedly my Android does that, but I never checked it out).

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! (Will probably go to Primanti's. Someone at the House said the hospital cafeteria may have it on as well, so there's another possible option.)

Hmm...Primanti Bros or Hospital Cafeteria? Hospital Cafeteria or Primanti Bros? Tough, tough choice right there.

Seriously, though, hope all goes well for you and she gets the heart she needs. And for the rest of the folks reading this thread, although I'm sure that all of your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated, what could truly make a difference in a situation like this would be for you to make sure that your next driver's license reads "Organ Donor" if it doesn't already. Also, give blood every few months. Everything helps!
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

I'm an organ donor! Though I don't know how much good MY organs would be...

At any rate, I hope that you get to take your daughter home soon, spyboots!
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Thanks Slapstick, Ruthlessberger, and all yinz.

I went to Stack'd the first week, hospital cafeteria the second, and this third week, with the Pgh Big Race and roads closed this morning, I stayed at Family House to watch it and then will shuttle to UPMC after.

Over 400 days on the list, and now 3 months in the hospital waiting.

                          Go Steelers!!!!
