Hey Rookie, Welcome to the NFL

    .
If you haven't seen in the 4 episode, 2017 version of this show on ESPN or NFL Network yet, it is certainly worth your time. It follows 5 NFL draft prospects throughout their training regimen to prepare for the Combine, up through their respective Pro Days, all the way to Draft Day itself as each guy finds out where he will be playing pro ball.

Three of their choices were top 10 overall prospects who attended the draft in Philly: Stanford d-lineman Solomon Thomas, LSU safety Jamal Adams, UNC quarterback and Mitchell Trubisky.

The other two guys who were chronicled in this series? Our own Juju Smith-Schuster and James Conner.

It was really interesting to get a behind the scenes look at these future Steeler stars, and it certainly get emotional when you see them back in their hometowns with their families as they get drafted by the Black and Gold.

Set your DVR or search it out On Demand...if you weren't a fan of using 2 out of our first 4 picks to select offensive players in this draft, this series should help convince you that it looks like we got a couple of quality young man to add to our roster in Juju and Conner.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Thanks for the info. This seems like it would be worth the time to check out. Do you need to have cable to have access, or are these available to stream somewhere (legally).

I do agree that character seemed to play a role this year after losing games from good players to suspensions.
