This info isn't hard too find. Tomlin's overall record against non-winning teams is 0.713. But of course a closer look shows several seasons where they were 0.500 or less and several where they were perfect.

They're 19-22 since 2012, but the Steelers weren't so good in 2012 and 2013 either so they had good reason to lose. Tomlin was a FG away from taking a mediocre team to the playoffs in 2013. We seem to lose to inferior teams, but it just seems that way to us, the spoiled Steelers Nation.
