My picks-I decided to pick how I believe the Steelers would pick in this scenario...big strong fast.

    1) Obi Melifonu
    2) Ahkello Witherspoon
    3) Samaje Perine, Jake Butt
    4) Tanoh Kpassagnon-I have no idea how I missed this guy. Dude is a freak.

        1. Obi Melifonu (however, totally intrigued by Teez Tabor.)
        2. Sydney Jones
        3. Samaje Perine
        4. Tanoh Kpassagnon ( a little lost at this point, I just chose the biggest and meanest looking guy left on the list.)

Replace Rivers for Willis and you have a solid draft.

Tanoh I glossed over and missed. The size speed combo is off the charts. He is beyond raw but dude is nasty. Even though he has a 4-5 grade I bet someone takes him in the third. I agree with you about Teez at least from a talent perspective.

I am having second thoughts about Sydney Jones, with that injury. But I can't help to think when he gets healthy it would be like having another first round pick. You can never have enough pass rushers and talented DB's, in my opinion.

                1) Quincy Wilson or Tradavious White
                2) Jordan Willis (with Rivers a close second)
                3) Cameron Sutton, Samaje Perrine
                4) Smoot

I double up on the two areas of need and add in a depth piece behind Bell.

If it were up to me:
ROUND 1: Obi Melifonu (However I believe he will be gone), then TJ Watt, then Charles Harris
ROUND 2: Derek Rivers (if the pick is Melifonu), if it's Watt or Harris then I will look at Raekwon McMillian (ILB)
ROUND 3: Jake Butt (Not a fan of this group but why not??)
ROUND 3: Tanoh Kpassagnon (Continuing my quest for a Top 5 Defense here).

Steelers showed interest in TK at the combine for what that is worth.

As I mentioned in a previous post I really think we see a repeat of the Shazier pick with the team taking the exceptional athlete and fitting him in. That is Peppers if he is still there at #30

You could be correct. I wouldn't put it past the Steelers to pick Peppers.

                              1. Charles Harris
                              2. Sydney Jones
                              3. Jake Butt, Nathan Peterman
                              4. James Conner

I know, I know... everyone will hate it because Harris is the only impact player THIS year.
** I doubled-up on injuries. but, both are 1st round talents. That much was an easy call for the long term on my end... I really want an ILB to compete with VW, but, i don't see one that has better long-term value than "first round talent" at CB and TE.

** Peterman was a tougher decision because he doesn't move the needle forward this year. But, IMO, he'll come in better than Landry and may well be the heir apparent.

** I want an RB in the 4th. Would consider Conner, but, my personal list has a couple of RBs ahead of Gallaman. Do have a couple other in the same 4th round neighborhood (Mack, Hunt, McNichols) that might make it a tougher call, given the choice.
