Again this kid is more than a RB... I am looking at Ben's final year or two which is now...If Ben was in his 2nd or 3rd year I may think differently but we need someone of impact now! Odds are the CB or OLB will not be a major factor next season.
If we keep running Bell like we do he will be out of the league in 3 years. #OVERWORKEDComment

Oh..don't get me wrong; I want to address the RB position. But not in round 1.Again this kid is more than a RB... I could certainly see that. Marlon Mack. Kareem Hunt. Wayne Gallman. Samaje Perine. Donta Foreman. James Conner. Jamal Williams.Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

NFL Network's Peter Schrager reports "multiple front office execs" have told him Stanford RB Christian McCaffrey has a chance to come off the board in the first ten picks.
NFL Network draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah appears to be on the same page, giving McCaffrey to the Panthers at No. 8 in his latest mock after being told by an NFL executive the running back "really helped himself" in the pre-draft process. Following Dalvin Cook's extremely poor showing at the Combine, McCaffrey likely will be the second running back off the board behind Leonard Fournette.Comment

Gooood...please; Someone take McCaffrey in the top ten. Save us from ourselves so Colbert won't have the chance to have a brain cramp and blunder by taking him at 30.Comment

GMs everywhere are hoping Cook drops. I don't care what the combine numbers say, there is no way Cook is as bad as his workouts. Maybe he doesn't test wel or is a game day type of player.NFL Network's Peter Schrager reports "multiple front office execs" have told him Stanford RB Christian McCaffrey has a chance to come off the board in the first ten picks.
